Exchange Policies
Bella Kini do provide ONE TIME Exchange Service if you change your mind about your purchase or need a different size. This policy is valid except for non-exchangeable items. Kindly refer to the Exchange policy & Frequent Q&A for more details.

Exchange Policy for Online Purchase
We do provide One Time Free Exchange via courier service.
This free service is only valid for online purchases in Singapore and it is not valid for promotion/sales item(s) and none-exchangeable item(s).
International exchange or local exchange for promotion item(s) can be arranged as charge by courier company.
Item must be exchanged within 7 calendar days from receiving items.
Item must not be altered, washed, used nor damaged & packaged in original condition for return.

We do provide the flexibility of exchanging Online Purchase item(s) in store if you'll like to fit on before effecting the exchange.

Exchange Policy for Bella Kini in-store Purchase
We do provide exchange service in store except for promotion/sales item(s) and non-exchangeable item(s).
Item must be exchanged within 7 calendar days from date of purchase.
Item must be accompany with any proof of purchase indicate transaction details.
Item must not be altered, washed, used nor damaged & packaged in original condition for exchange.

How does it works to exchange items that I bought online?
1. Inform us the item(s) that you'll like to exchange
2. Send back the item in the original condition to 69 Haji Lane Singapore 189262. We can also help to arrange for courier to pick up the item(s) from you as charged.
3. Upon receiving the item(s), we'll pack and ship the new item(s) that you chose at no cost. Terms and Conditions applies.

How long does it takes?
It'll normally take 3 working days for local delivery and up to 2 weeks for international flat rate delivery of SGD 15. We do offer DHL express service for international shipping at a flat rate of $40 which will greatly shorten delivery time to 5 working days. Kindly note that due to Covid 19 condition, we are expecting longer delivery lead time for some countries.


Local courier pickup service is only available Monday - Friday & they generally do not dispatch on Sunday and public holiday.

What happened if I like nothing else on the website or in-store?
We'll issue a Gift Card that is valid for 3 months and all gift card is only valid for one time usage..

What happened if my new item(s) cost more than the exchanged item(s)?
You can top up the difference.

What happened if my new item(s) cost less than the exchanged item(s)?
We'll issue a Gift Card that is valid for 3 months and all gift card is only valid for one time usage.

Other than sales/promotion items, what other items are none-exchangeable items?

Due to hygiene concerns and suppliers' requests, the below items are non-exchangeable:
1.Earrings
2.Bags
3.Jewellery & Necklaces
4.Footwear
5.Face Mask
6.Swimwear. Swimwear is only exchangeable with the original hygiene sticker
7.Item that are altered, washed, used nor damaged & not packaged in original condition.
